Refund Policy
Thirty days, no questions asked. If it is not what you expected, you should not be paying for it.
Effective 3 August 2026. Last updated 3 August 2026.
How to ask
Either route works and both reach the same place:
- Email [email protected] from the address you subscribed with.
- Or ask Paddle, our payment provider, directly at paddle.net — that page finds your receipt from your email address.
Refunds are issued by Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for every order, back to the original payment method. Paddle usually processes them within a few business days; how quickly it then appears is up to your bank or card issuer, and can take another week.
After 30 days
Cancel whenever you like. You keep everything you are paying for until the end of the period you have already bought, and you are not charged again. We do not refund part of a period you have already used.
Two exceptions, because they are the cases where a strict rule would be unfair:
- We broke it. If the service was substantially unavailable, or we stopped delivering what your plan says you get, tell us and we will refund the affected period whether or not 30 days have passed.
- You were charged by mistake. A renewal you had already cancelled, a duplicate charge, or a subscription you did not authorise is refunded in full, at any time.
Annual plans
The 30-day window is the same, and on an annual plan it is measured from each renewal — so a renewal you did not want is fully refundable for a month after it happens, not just in your first year.
Cancelling
Cancel from your account page or from the billing portal linked in any receipt. Cancelling stops future charges immediately and leaves your access running until the period ends; it does not, by itself, refund anything, so if you want money back as well, ask.
The free plan has nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. Unsubscribing from the emails is enough, and every email carries a one-click link.
Business plans
Business subscriptions are invoiced and governed by the order form we agree with you. Where that document and this page disagree, that document wins.
Failed payments
If a renewal fails, Paddle retries over several days and emails you. If it still fails, the subscription lapses and delivery stops — nothing is sent to collections, and you can resubscribe whenever you like.
Before you file a chargeback
Please email first. A refund takes one message and a couple of days; a chargeback takes months, and there is no dispute here we would not simply resolve in your favour.
Your statutory rights
This policy adds to consumer rights you already have — including the EU and UK right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days — and never replaces them. Where the law gives you more than this page does, the law applies.
